Hosting and technical records

Hostinger automatically records website requests at the hosting layer. These records can include the time of a request, a visitor IP address, the requested resource, device and browser details, and an approximate country

The origin server is in Frankfurt, Germany. The backup and recovery arrangement is separate; the account identifies France as the backup location, while the precise facilities are not publicly disclosed. Hostinger CDN is enabled and is not set to bypass caching. It can handle a request at an edge location near the visitor and forward a request to the Frankfurt origin when needed. CDN processing is not limited to Germany and France

hPanel offers a seven-day view of access logs, which does not establish when underlying access records, CDN request logs, or visitor IP addresses are deleted. Hostinger has not published an exact retention period or a complete country-by-country map for CDN request metadata. No external analytics or advertising pixels have been added to these website files
